Processing time

  • In general, orders will take about 1-2 working days to process. However, during the holidays and seasonally-busy times, orders can take longer to ship out. Please reach out to info@nordicways.boutique if you require your shipment urgently.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 days, please let us know by email at info@nordicways.boutique. We will be happy to figure out what is going on.
  • Shipment may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), once your order has shipped. From there, you will be able to access the status of your parcel(s) in real-time via the link provided.

 

Damages and/or Missing Parts

If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with us. Nordic Ways is not liable for claims without evidential support.
