Warranty Coverage and Claims Process

We stand by the quality of our products. All Nordic Ways Steam Spas are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 Months (24 Twenty-Four Total Months after activating our Free Extended Warranty within 6 months of receiving your spa). 

  • In order to activate your Free (12) Month Warranty Extension, please follow the directions and fill out the form here: https://nordicways.boutique/pages/warranty-extension. Mandatory to receive 12 months of added coverage. 
  • Warranty extension must be activated during the first 6-months after purchase. It’s fast and easy to activate, so we recommend activating it as soon as possible.

Warranty Coverage

  • Nordic Ways LLC (“Nordic Ways”) warrants that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the period listed below (the “Limited Warranty Period”).
  • Nordic Ways LLC (“Nordic Ways”) provides a 24-Month Limited Warranty Period (with Extension Activated) and Twelve (12) without Extension Activated). From the original purchase date to Nordic Ways’ STEAMER ONLY.
  • Accessories are NOT covered by the warranty.
  • All Electronic Nordic Ways Products unless otherwise stated.
  • During the Warranty Period, Nordic Ways will repair, and replace the steamer at no charge. Products or parts of the steamer that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 
  • Steamer's accessories are not covered under manufacturer's warranty. A certain charge may take place.

Issues that are not covered with the warranty

  • Normal wear and tear of Product use.
  • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use.
  • Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose.
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance.
  • Product that has been modified or altered.
  • Any product that is not manufactured by Nordic Ways (including, without limitation, any non-Nordic Ways product that is used in connection with the Product).
  • Any Product that is not purchased from a Nordic Ways authorized retailer.

Warranty Claim Requirements

  • Nordic Ways LLC (“Nordic Ways”) requires photos and/or videos for all warranty claims.
  • No photos/videos will result to denied Warranty Claim.
  • Standard 3-5 business days timeframe to complete warranty claims process (from receiving the photos/videos to sending the replacement steamer.
  • The 3-5 business days timeframe starts from the day we receive the photos and/or videos showing the steamer’s issue.
  • All Warranty Claims must be sent to info@nordicways.boutique together with a photo and/or video showing the steamer’s issue.
